Annual Meeting

The Spill Control Association of America (SCAA) is committed to providing Advocacy, Education, and Engagement through its programs and initiatives. The SCAA Annual Meeting offers members the opportunity to hear from industry-leading experts and connect with colleagues. SCAA will host emergency responders, manufacturers, and environmental firms on March 9-10, 2027, for the 2027 SCAA Annual Meeting at the Le Méridien Charlotte in Charlotte, NC. Registration opens in December 2026 and opportunities to present are available now. 2027 SCAA Annual Meeting Call for Presentations

Presentations are being accepted for consideration by the SCAA Planning Committee through Monday, November 16, 2026. Speakers/panelists of accepted sessions are expected to present in person. Virtual presentations will not be permitted. Please review the suggested topics below and submit your proposal here.
